For the past 40 years, SJG International has been proudly helping organisations to design and develop gaskets for a range of uses. We offer unparalleled expertise when it comes to the manufacture of non-metallic gaskets. Materials used include rubber, foam, cork and Novus. Our gaskets are used for air compressors, pipelines, marine environments and more.
We can assist with the design process and provide testing support to ensure your gaskets offer the required flexibility, tensile strength and sealability. Most materials are held in stock and we can offer a quick turnaround for urgent orders. We have the capacity to manufacture large volumes but also offer prototypes and low volume specialist items.

We can produce your gasket from a technical drawing or sample and produce a prototype and full costing. We can help you establish key parameters, including material thickness based on compression, inner and outer diameters and the pitch circle diameter. There is no minimum order quantity and we can manufacture high volumes at our facility in Alcester, Warwickshire.
We make products for the marine industry that include gaskets for exhausts, seals for hatches, windows, tank lids and cargo doors. As a preferred supplier to The Royal Navy, we are fully compliant with International Maritime standards of quality. We create gaskets that are safe, long-lasting and completely reliable.
All materials we use meet or exceed UK Defence Standards and we work to national and international military specifications. We provide press cut gaskets and seals for military vehicles in addition to edging strips and moulded rubber parts for vibration and sound damping. We can work with a range of materials to achieve the desired result.
