For many years we have worked with various companies in the leisure industry, and supplied thousands of gaskets for various applications.
We were recently approached by a company who were suffering with a gasket failing on a vehicle due to water ingress.
The style of the original gasket wasn’t quite right and the adhesive being used in the application wasn’t fit for purpose.
We took the original gasket and modified it with the support of our in-house designers, and upgraded the performance of the adhesive. The gasket worked out slightly more expensive than the original ones supplied by a competitor, but our customer went away happy as they had solved the problems of line stoppage which was a costly exercise for this particular customer.
