We can produce gaskets in a wide range of non-metallic materials, including rubber, foam, cork and Novus. Most materials are held in stock and we can manufacture large volumes but also offer prototypes and low volume specialist items.
We can help you establish:
- Which material to use for Gasket Manufacturing
- What thickness the material should be, depending on the compression required to seal
- The inner and outer diameters
- The pitch circle diameter.
Gaskets can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing to a specified width or thickness and be die cut or kiss cut as required.
We also produce non-asbestos joints for automotive applications in 1.5mm or 3mm thicknesses. Klinger and Novus are types of compressed fibre gasket sheeting, renowned for their excellent sealing performance and commonly used for air compressors, diesel engines, pipelines and for industrial and marine environments.
Non-asbestos materials have good heat resistant properties, and are ideal for applications where they might come into contact with water, petrol or natural gas.
How we work
We can produce your gasket from a technical drawing or sample and produce a prototype and full costing. There is no minimum order quantity and we can manufacture high volumes at our facility in Alcester.
